As an alternative to the “Do-it-yourself” step-by-step guides, you may wish to instruct us to complete the whole application process on your behalf. We will work with you by telephone or e-mail, if you are abroad; or on this basis and at our offices, if you are in the United Kingdom. This will include all steps up to – and including – a decision on your application.
In order to maximise your chances of obtaining a visa, we promise to employ a committed and dedicated approach at all times. The following are the respective fees for all these comprehensive services, including the cost of all e-mail, telephone calls and postage; but excluding occasional disbursements such as translators’ fees for certain documents (if required) and express courier fees such as DHL. Our fees are also separate from the fees payable to the British Embassy/High Commission (if outside the United Kingdom) and the UK Border Agency (if in the United Kingdom) for processing your application.
