Appeals
We also offer a full service covering all aspects of appeals against applications refused both outside the United Kingdom and within the United Kingdom. It should be noted that all appeals are heard from within the United Kingdom, at the AIT Courts. The appellant, his legal representatives and/or sponsors will be required to be in attendance.
We draft and submit the grounds of appeal against the refusal of any type of application, in addition to collating all supporting documents to support these grounds of appeal for a fee of £500.00. This covers all telephone calls, correspondence and meetings. However, disbursements such as translator’s fees and express courier fees are not included.
After the appeal has been lodged (either through ourselves or through someone else) we can also present your case before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. This will involve drafting witness statements, skeleton arguments, chronology of events, preparation of exhibits, case law and court bundle and attendance at court. Our charges amount to £900.00. This fee includes the cost of representation and all correspondence, including telephone calls and meetings. Again, any disbursements such as translators’ fees are payable in addition.
If you are abroad and have been refused entry, you will need to e-mail or fax the refusal documentation to us, as well as your details, after making payment. If you are in the United Kingdom, payments can also be made at our offices
